What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end recruitment across voice, non-voice, operations, support and leadership roles
• Manage high-volume/bulk hiring to support rapid business growth
• Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
• Build and lead the Talent Acquisition team as the function scales
• Develop sourcing strategies across portals, referrals, social media and vendors
