Talent Acquisition and People Partner

About the role

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition and People Partner to drive recruitment delivery and people partnering while contributing to the wider effectiveness of our People function.

What you'll do

• Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Delivery
• Own and deliver the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for roles across the globe, covering technical, product, AI, cybersecurity, business
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, clarify essential skills and experience, agree with recruitment priorities
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using direct headhunting, job portals, professional networks, referrals
• Work closely with agency headhunters, recruitment partners and EOR (Employer on Record) providers based on the needs to fill specific roles in specific geographies
