About the role

Please note that a minimum of 4+ years of hands on experience working with Greenhouse (GH) ATS is mandatory for this position. Candidates who do not have at least 4 years of hands-on Greenhouse experience are requested NOT to apply for this position, as this is a non-negotiable requirement. What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and delivery for hiring across India, ensuring alignment with business growth and workforce requirements
• Partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers in India to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and talent requirements
• Develop and execute scalable recruitment strategies for India and for the India-based recruiting support model serving international markets
• Manage and mentor the India-based recruiting team, ensuring appropriate capacity, productivity, quality, service delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction
