What you'll do

• This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and independence
• Here is a snapshot of the
• Experiment with new tools, AI-enabled sourcing approaches, and creative research methods to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of talent discovery
• Build and manage relevant candidate pipelines, using structured criteria and data-driven insights to prioritize profiles and improve conversion through the hiring funnel
• Comprehensive Interviews with candidates to understand their profile, career path, growth trajectory, motivators, areas of development, red flags if any
