About the role

The talent acquisition team is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing top talent for various businesses within Paytm. We are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition for Executive and Leadership hiring function. This critical role will be responsible for defining and executing a robust talent acquisition strategy for senior leadership positions across Paytm.

  • Optimize operational process flows for executive search, identifying ways to deliver a consistent, scalable
  • Create and present comprehensive KPI reports and manage strategic dashboards for executive hiring metrics
