About the role

We're looking for someone who has: MBA in Human Resources with approximately 4-7 years of experience. Proven experience managing teams and driving hiring outcomes through scalable processes. Highly analytical, technology-savvy, and passionate about building high-performing organizations. Opportunity to work directly with the CHRO and significantly influence the organization's people agenda.

What you'll do

• Build and scale the TA function while partnering directly with the CHRO
• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for corporate, sales, retail, and manufacturing functions
• Manage and develop an existing recruitment team, driving accountability, capability building, and hiring outcomes
• Design and execute sourcing strategies across direct hiring, referrals, agencies, campuses, and emerging talent channels
• Build structured assessment and selection frameworks to improve hiring quality and decision-making
