About the role

To act as a Unit TA SPOC for a region/city within a state located in the zone.

What you'll do

  • KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Manpower Availability &
  • Works closely with ABC business units HR team to ensure 100% adherence to Manpower Budget vs Actual
  • Optimize Hiring Source Mix as per the agreed grid KRA2 Quality Of Hire
