Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background in retail/creative hiring to lead end-to-end recruitment for our stores across three locations (Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad). The ideal candidate will have prior experience hiring for retail & Creative roles such as Store Managers, Fashion Associates, Creative Directors, Photographers etc. while also ensuring alignment with CDC’s culture and brand ethos.

What you'll do

• Drive *end-to-end recruitment* for retail & creative roles across all store locations (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management)
• Build and manage a *talent pipeline* of candidates for future expansion and high-volume hiring needs
• Partner with store leadership to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies accordingly
• Utilize a mix of sourcing channels — job portals, social media, referrals, and retail hiring networks
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet both skill and cultural fit criteria
