About the role
The Talent Acquisition Manager - India will lead recruitment strategy and delivery across Corning India, supporting talent needs across Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, R&D, Commercial, Corporate Functions, and Leadership hiring. This role serves as a strategic talent partner to business leaders and HR teams, responsible for workforce planning, recruitment execution, employer branding, talent market intelligence, and recruitment operations.

- Talent Acquisition Strategy & Business Partnership
- Develop and execute the India Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce plans
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to forecast talent needs and build effective hiring strategies
