We are seeking a Specialist, Global TA Operations to support the continued development and evolution of our Global Talent Acquisition function.

What you'll do

• Assist with developing recruiting metrics and reporting, ATS process improvements, and the documentation of TA processes and policies
• Get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry
• Have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balance
• Recruiting Analytics & Reporting (20%)
• Assist with recruiting data analysis, recurring reporting, and the identification of trends and insights

What you need
