Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–5 years of recruitment experience to join our growing team in Pune. In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for multiple clients, partnering closely with hiring managers and recruiters to identify, engage, and hire top talent.

What you'll do

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Conduct candidate screening and initial qualification interviews
• Assess technical and functional fit based on client requirements
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
