Talent Acquisition Specialist (Chennai)

About the role

In this role, you will source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions. You will work with hiring managers to create and post job requisitions, analyze resumes for relevant skills, knowledge, and experience, and assist with the selection process. Your work will contribute to bringing top talent to work for Bechtel, ensuring a competitive edge, and driving organizational growth.

What you'll do

• Works with managers to create appropriate requisitions and ads (e.g., developing job descriptions, posting on internal and external sites
• May represent the organization at employment fairs, participate in campus recruiting activities, and/or build sourcing pipelines/networks for targeted talent pools
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and applicants to enhance candidate experience during the entire
• Sourcing of passive candidates using various recruitment tools/techniques as needed
• Create and foster relationships with various professional organizations to attract and recruit niche candidates
