About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focusing on hiring candidates within India. This role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates to find the ideal fit for our vacancies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selecting and advancing qualified candidates to the subsequent stages of their application, including the evaluation of assessment examination results.

What you'll do

• Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate and concise records and reports on all recruitment phases, utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools
• Process Calibration: Regularly calibrate screening and selection processes with Hiring Managers to align with specific account requirements and organizational goals
