What you'll do

• Responsible for Recruitment operations & end to end recruitment
• Maintain minimum 18-20 joiners in a month
• Manage effective source of hire. Direct sourcing, leverage external career site, Professional networking site, drive internal talent mobility etc
• Partnering with stakeholders and execute all the aspects of TA to drive the deliverables of the Account along with Manager
