About the role

We are hiring a Technical Recruiter with demonstrated ownership of the full hiring lifecycle and the ability to operate with clarity, structure, and consistency. This role requires a professional who is comfortable managing complex hiring pipelines, partnering with senior leaders, and recruiting for niche and high-impact roles across engineering and supporting functions.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement intake, sourcing, assessment, stakeholder alignment, offer management, and onboarding
• Develop and execute structured sourcing strategies to engage strong talent across active and passive markets
• Build trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and organizational priorities
• Maintain and continuously develop a pipeline of technical and leadership candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to streamline hiring processes, support workforce planning, and contribute to long-term talent strategy
