We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is not just a recruiter—but a strategic hiring partner. This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments , understands the nuances of tech hiring , and can work seamlessly under tight deadlines and high expectations .

What you'll do

• 🔹 Technical Recruitment (Primary Focus – 80%)
• Own end-to-end recruitment for all tech roles including Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA, Product, and Data etc
• Build sourcing strategies using job portals, networks, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives
• Conduct detailed screening and evaluations to ensure top-quality talent pipelines
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, interview plans, and feedback loops
