What you'll do

Work with recruitment team in creating and implementing sourcing strategies for various business units
Source talent from various sourcing channels i.e. career website, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies etc
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Maintain & uphold process and data integrity
