Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for our hospitality operations, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, or event venues. The ideal candidate has strong experience hiring for high-volume, high-turnover roles as well as management and specialist positions, and understands the unique pace and culture of the hospitality industry.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for front-of-house, back-of-house, and corporate/management roles (e.g., front desk, F&B, housekeeping, sales, revenue management
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, seasonal hiring cycles, and workforce planning
• Source candidates through job boards, hospitality-specific platforms, social media, campus/industry partnerships, and employee referrals
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, and service orientation
• Manage high-volume recruitment drives for peak seasons, new property openings, or large-scale events
