Talent Acquisition Specialist - Technology (7+ years onwards)

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MRI Software, you will partner with global business leaders and hire managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent across Product and Engineering functions. You will play a key role in driving recruitment strategies, delivering exceptional candidate experience, and supporting business growth through effective talent acquisition practices.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Product and Engineering positions in Baroda, including workforce planning support, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment
• Evaluate candidate strengths against position requirements to include cultural fit within the business
• Negotiate terms and conditions of employment with candidates including salary, benefits and other offerings wherever applicable
• Complete necessary pre-employment processes including assessments, reference checks and background/drug tests
• Provide top notch experience to candidates, hiring managers, peers, and other internal and external stakeholders in order to create a productive and diverse environment
