About the role

Your day at NTT DATA The Talent Analytics & Insights Business Partner is responsible for managing business engagement, analytics demand, operational reporting, and data quality across the Talent Analytics and Insights portfolio. This role acts as the link between People & Culture stakeholders, Talent teams, product owners, and the IT Data COE.

What you'll do

• Manage business engagement for Talent Analytics and Insights across P&C / HR stakeholder groups
• Act as the primary link between business stakeholders and the IT Data COE for talent analytics, operational reporting, data requirements, and data quality
• Gather, analyse, document, and prioritise business requirements for reporting, dashboards, analytics products, and insights use cases
• Translate business questions into data requirements, reporting logic, KPI definitions, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Manage the talent analytics demand portfolio, prioritising requests by business value, urgency, feasibility, data readiness, and strategic alignment
