What you'll do

• Collaborate with the TD lead to coordinate talent reviews and ensure completion of Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
• Maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and share insights for continuous improvement
• Coordinate with facilities team to training room set up, IT set up, internal & external. Post training feedback follow up and analysis
• Take on other training and development tasks as assigned during the course of the assignment
• Reporting and visualization tools is a plus. Fair experience using learning
