What you'll do

• Handle hiring across manufacturing functions including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Projects, Engineering, EHS, and Corporate functions
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, database mining, referrals, networking, and social media channels
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates for technical, behavioral, and cultural fit
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand manpower requirements
