Taleo Principal Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Taleo Resource to lead the design, configuration, enhancement, and support of the Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise in Taleo modules, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable recruitment and talent management solutions.

What you'll do

• Taleo Configuration & Support
• Career Sections (internal and external)
• Taleo Connect Client (TCC)
• Provide advanced production support, troubleshooting complex issues related to workflows, requisitions, offers, and integrations
• Manage Taleo upgrades, patches, and feature rollouts
