About the role

Customer has to do much more than keep the wheels turning; it is the engine that drives functional excellence and the enabler of innovation and long-term growth. Document Business Requirements (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), User Stories, and acceptance criteria. Validate system behavior, reports, interfaces, and financial reconciliations.

What you'll do

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and future state processes
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments for new banking initiatives
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions
• Design and review process flows, data flows, and banking operational workflows
• Support system configuration, parameterization, and business rule definition

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
