What you'll do

• Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements in the insurance sector (Life, General, and Health)
• Drive transformation programs across policy servicing, claims, underwriting, distribution, and customer experience
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement areas, and develop actionable recommendations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at CXO and senior management levels
• Manage teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction
