What you'll do

• Drive planning, execution, and implementation of ISO 20022 standards in alignment with regulatory timelines and business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration
• Provide strategic direction, governance, and oversight to ensure on-time and quality delivery of program milestones
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and payment networks (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022) to define and validate solutions
• Translate complex payment flows and settlement processes into clear functional specifications and user stories

What you need

• 12–18 yrs of experience
• AML
• Swift
• MBA or MCA or B.Tech or B.E.
