What you'll do

• Support in executive compensation advisory engagements for CEOs, CXOs, senior management and other leadership roles across industries
• Manage and Lead the Executive Performance and Rewards Survey
• Prepare client deliverables including reports, presentations, and dashboards
• Contribute to thought leadership and internal capability building
