Tax Accounting- Senior Process Associate

Oracle ERP (Required) Job OverviewWe are seeking an analytically minded, compliance-driven Senior Sales & Use Tax Accountant with over 4 years of dedicated indirect tax and tax accounting experience. In this role, you will be the operational anchor for our transactional tax function, managing end-to- end multi-state sales tax compliance, use tax self-assessments, and corporate tax accounting reconciliations.

What you'll do

• Be the operational anchor for our transactional tax function, managing end-to- end multi-state sales tax compliance, use tax self-assessments
• Leverage Oracle ERP integrated with indirect tax engines to ensure balance sheet precision, manage tax provisions, and mitigate audit risks
• Calculate and process timely tax remittances, ensuring accurate general ledger account mapping and reconciliation of tax liability accounts
• Oversee the Use Tax self-assessment process by auditing purchasing logs, accounts payable invoices
• Maintain the integrity of the tax sub-ledger to general ledger (GL) reconciliations within Oracle, identifying and correcting variance anomalies promptly
