Tax - BPS - Business Central - Senior - Hyderabad

About the role

This role supports Deloitte Tax LLP U.S. service offerings by providing Level 3 support for the Business Central platform used across multiple countries. The Senior, Tax Services professional will help maintain platform stability, resolve complex incidents, and support system changes that enable consistent finance and operational processes.

What you'll do

• Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for complex functional and technical incidents affecting Dynamics 365 Business Central across a global environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across finance processes, operational workflows, integrations, and interfaces
• Perform root cause analysis, execute data and configuration corrections, and implement fixes that improve platform stability and service continuity
• Support deployment of Microsoft updates, localization and regulatory changes, enhancements, and defect fixes in coordination with global teams
• Maintain documentation for incidents, resolutions, known issues, and workarounds, and provide structured handoffs to the Spain-based core team
