Tax Expert International Tax (f/m/x)

About the role

Act as the regional tax expert and primary point of contact for India and selected APAC countries, independently advising local management, finance functions and the Corporate Tax & Customs function on complex direct and indirect tax matters.

What you'll do

• Act as the regional tax expert and primary point of contact for India and selected APAC countries, independently advising local management
• Take ownership of corporate income tax compliance, tax reporting, tax audits and controversy management for the Indian entities, including review of tax positions
• Drive the implementation, enhancement and monitoring of the Tax Compliance Management System (Tax CMS), tax controls and governance standards
• Provide expert guidance on GST/VAT, Pillar Two and other emerging tax developments, identify risks and opportunities at an early stage
