Tax Manager

About the role

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of US federal and state income tax, exceptional analytical skills, a keen attention to details, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. This role involves leading the local tax team across various areas, including tax compliance, tax provision, international tax, transfer pricing and indirect tax.

What you'll do

• Lead, train, and mentor Hyderabad based tax team, providing technical income tax training as well as professional and career development support
• Oversee and review US federal and State tax return workpapers, tax returns, tax provision workpapers (including FIN48), US/international inputs such as GILTI, FDII
• Prepare complex tax analyses and workpapers, and take ownership of ad hoc tax research/projects
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all US and State compliance deliverables, including quarterly and annual filings
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes affecting US tax compliance and communicate updates to the team
