Tax Manager- Transfer Pricing & Tax Technology

About the role

The GlobalFoundries Tax Operations team is expanding and seeking an experienced Tax Operations Manager – Transfer Pricing to lead and manage a centralized Tax Operations Center of Excellence (COE). This role is critical in driving the standardization, scalability, and execution of transfer pricing operations globally.

What you'll do

• Implement and manage monthly and quarterly transfer pricing calculations across intercompany arrangements, including cost plus, resale, profit split
• Prepare and oversee related journal entries and intercompany invoicing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Design, build, and maintain transfer pricing models and tools to support efficient and scalable execution aligned with company policies and financial results
• Leverage and enhance tax technology tools such as Alteryx, Power BI/Tableau, Power Automate, SharePoint, Oracle, SAP, OneStream
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls related to transfer pricing processes and prepare audit-ready workpapers and documentation
