Tax Manager, US International Tax

About the role

The core of this role will be to assist with global Country-by-Country filings, EU Public Country-by-Country preparation and Pillar 2 compliance and reporting along with other US International compliance obligations. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and who can work independently to deliver results on multiple projects with competing deadlines.

What you'll do

• Assist with global CbC, EU and Australia Public CbC, OECD Pillar 2 compliance and reporting
• Assist with review of various international tax calculations like GILTI/NCTI, BEAT, Subpart F, Dual Consolidated Losses (DCL), Foreign Tax Credit, FDII etc
• Assist with review of US International tax forms 5471, 8858, 8992, 8993, 8621 and other international reporting forms
• Identify opportunities and drive process improvements by leveraging Gen AI and technology tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally across various teams within and outside of tax
