Tax Senior Associate - State & Local Tax, Asset Management

What you'll do

• Responsible for completion of state tax compliance for pass-through entities (Asset Management/Investment Fund clients)
• Review state tax work papers and state tax returns
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff
• Oversee detailed review of extensions, estimated payments, withholding and composite tax calculations and associated state filings
• Research and resolve technical state and local tax issues
