Tax Senior Manager - Family office

About the role

RSM’s dedicated Family Office Enterprise (FOE) practice helps define and sustain a family’s vision across their family office, operating business and investment structures. We seek to understand the goals of ultra-high net worth families with our customized and integrated cross-Line of Business services, technology and insights.

What you'll do

• Responsible for guiding the overall direction and growth of the capability, including workforce planning, talent development, resource utilization
• Advise family office and multi-generational families on a full spectrum of tax services including structuring and modeling, succession planning
• Lead the engagement team focused on entity, individual, fiduciary and gift / estate taxation
• Participate in prospective client proposals and intentionally plan to build new client relationships
• Deliver exceptional talent experience by building collaborative teams, developing and rewarding team members

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience

• B.Com or BBA or M.Com
