Job Description – Senior Manager, Corporate Tax Compliance We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Corporate Tax Compliance to lead the delivery of corporate tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in U.S. corporate taxation, including tax return reviews, tax provisions, taxable income calculations, and multi-state tax compliance.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage end-to-end corporate tax compliance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries
• Review complex Federal, State, and Local Corporate Income Tax Returns (Forms 1120, 1120S, and related schedules), ensuring accuracy, completeness
• Review financial statements from a tax perspective and oversee the preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provisions, deferred tax calculations
• Review and oversee the preparation of taxable income calculations, book-to-tax adjustments, and supporting tax workpapers
• Manage multi-state tax compliance, including apportionment, nexus analysis, state tax filings, estimated tax payments, and extensions
