Tax Specialist II - US

About the role

As a US Payroll Tax Delivery professional at Keka, you'll support US payroll delivery with a strong focus on payroll tax compliance, multi-state tax complexities, payroll tax forms, and client communication. You'll help manage delivery timelines and escalations while identifying process gaps and driving continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Basic US payroll knowledge across bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls
• Expertise in federal, state, and local payroll tax compliance and filings
• Manage multi-state tax complexities, deductions, benefits, garnishments, and payroll reconciliations
• Manage payroll tax notices, amendments, and compliance-related issues
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong relationships
