TE-1520 -AI-First Business Analyst / Product Owner

About the role

You’ll own how parts of Eden’s next-generation platform work for the people who use them: patients, doctors, care teams and partners. You’ll take a problem from the first conversation to a live feature: understand it deeply, shape the solution, prototype it with AI, get it built and prove it worked. We’re looking for a product thinker who is also hands-on.

What you'll do

• Own a delegated product area and its backlog, in line with the roadmap set by Eden US
• Make clear prioritisation calls based on patient impact, business value and effort, and explain the why
• Define success metrics for every feature and track them after launch
• Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Member Care, Marketing and Operations, and with the people who use the platform every day
• Use AI to dig through support tickets, usage data and feedback to find what’s really slowing people down
