About the role

What you'll do

• Mainly be responsible for building the team and creating a positive work environment upholding the values of the organization
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Conducting the onboarding process
• Working on official documentation related to HR functions
• Coordinating with universities for campus placements
