About the role

Drive secondary sales growth, retailer engagement, brand visibility of OTC Portfolio through effective trade strategy, channel activations, Team engagement and data driven decision making.

What you'll do

• Trade Marketing Strategy and Channel Development
• Plan, develop and execute trade marketing initiatives to drive sales growth, market penetration and brand visibility across the GT & NMT Channel
• Ensure effective deployment and monitoring of primary and secondary trade schemes, Maximising the reach, compliance and ROI and governance of all the investment
• Design and implement trade engagement programs to drive product penetration and secondary sales growth through innovative trade activations and engagement
• Build strong relationship with retailer, wholesalers and distributors through loyalty and engagement programs
