Team Leader / Assistant Manager - Credit & Risk Department: Credit & Risk Experience: Around 2 Years Vacancy: 1

What you'll do

  • Supervise Credit Analysts and monitor their productivity, quality, and TAT
  • Ensure adherence to Credit Policy, SOPs, and risk guidelines
  • Review credit underwriting and identify high-risk profiles or policy deviations
  • Monitor portfolio performance, DPD, CE, defaults, and delinquency trends
  • Conduct basic root-cause analysis of defaults and identify risk patterns
