In joining the Support Operations team, you will learn: About Client’s products and services by participating in in-house training sessions and having hands-on experience in setting up a complete C

What you'll do

• Providing exceptional customer support for our players and Client regarding all Client products and services
• Using various means to troubleshoot technical concerns and research possible solutions
• Providing thorough documentation for contacts taken including encountered issues, resolutions, and follow-up required using the company’s web-based support system
• Develop and/or revise customer support documentation for products and processes
• Conduct Client product tests for quality assurance

What you need
