Team Lead - Robotics

About the role

You will be the founding lead of this team.

What you'll do

• Lead the Physical AI team end to end: set the technical direction, make the build-vs-buy calls, and own the roadmap from first prototype to shipped product
• Architect the full robot: how the mechanical systems, actuators, electronics, and software come together into one working machine
• Build the intelligence of the robot. Train and deploy learned controllers and policies (RL, imitation learning), close the sim-to-real gap
• Hire and grow the founding team of engineers and interns, and set the bar for how the team builds
• Own what you and your team build. When the robot fails mid-step, you fix it end to end

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Any graduate
