• Manage Supports and processes related to SAP Industrial Solutions and incident
• Apply in-depth knowledge within the SAP MM (&WM) Solutions discipline and a basic understanding of related disciplines to adapt departmental plans and recommend…
• Perform a variety of complex and non-complex tasks related to SAP Incident analysis, and support
• Support the delivery of solutions to complex SAP problems, particularly in scenarios where existing precedents may not be directly applicable
• Provide guidance to professional and/or support staff on SAP functionalities, methodologies, and best practices within an industrial context
