What you'll do
- 1.2 Drive preventive actions to minimize downtime and production impact
- 1.3 Ensure timely closure of customer concerns and action items
- 1.4 Serve as the primary point of contact for customer management, production, process engineering, and quality teams
- 2.1 Provide advanced technical support on AXI systems during NPI and mass production
- 2.2 Provide training and guidance to customers' technical teams on the setup, operation, and maintenance of AXI systems
