About the role

Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve departmental goals. Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work. Set team targets and track individual and overall performance. Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and guidance. Coordinate with HR, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
