About the role

Responsible for fund accounting and reconciliation activities.

What you'll do

  • Monitoring of expense administration related activities (including Year to date (YTD) MIS)
  • Ensure that subscription/redemption reconciliations are prepared and sent to AMC as per pre-decided frequency by Registrar (RTA) and Fund Accountant (FA)
  • Monitoring of Reconciliations and solving the unreconciled items on timely basis
  • Maintenance of unclaimed redemption/dividend MIS. Ensure the process is followed w.r.t. the payment of unclaimed amounts to the investors
  • Seamless NFO (including Rollover and Maturity of schemes) set up at RTA, Exchanges and Fund Accountant’s end
