About the role

The position of Team Leader is the key position in these BIDs.

What you'll do

  • Formulate the comprehensive Project Implementation Plan (PIP) detailing schedules, resource allocation, and baseline budgets
  • Set up overall project governance, reporting lines, and operational workflows for the PGMS supervision team
  • Track construction milestones, track-laying schedules, and structural progress across all designated railway sections
  • Coordinate tricky overlapping interfaces between civil works, signalling, telecommunications, and MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting) infrastructure
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the Ministry of Railways, zonal railway authorities, or regional Metro Rail Corporations
