About the role

As the Team Leader Collections, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our Collections | FOS department. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and guide a team of Collection Executives, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and achieve collection targets.

What you'll do

• Play a vital role in driving the success of our Collections | FOS department
• Be a key contributor to our company's overall financial objectives, working closely with the management team to develop and implement effective collection strategies
• Lead and motivate a team of Collection Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements in debt collection practices
