Intercompany Settlements & Collateral Management Agree and process collateral with MLPFS and MLI counterparties. Post necessary Stock Record adjustments to clear exceptions.

What you'll do

Oversee daily workflow and task allocation for Stock Loan Operations staff
Monitor team performance, ensuring SLAs, cutoffs, and control requirements are met
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
Conduct daily huddles and operational checkpoint calls
